We had a great time at our cooking experience. We felt very welcome in his home, and the food was fantastic. The chicken adobo was amazingly flavorful. We wished we would have been able to help with a little bit more of the prep work, but understand that there is not time for everything. We loved that we were able to bring the recipes home, and we look forward to recreating them at home. Thank you to Chef Washington and Jane for a great experience.

Chef Washington was so generous to let us into his home for a cooking class! The food was hearty, huge portions, and so delicious. We loved that he made it not stressful, but we were still able to learn a lot and take home skills for future cooking. He had everything prepped, so we really got to focus on the cooking and methods. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable. The kitchen was big and he had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to sit down with him after and eat together! Thank you Chef!!!!!!

Chef Washington was incredible. Our group had an absolute blast, and the food we made was honestly amazing. More than that, we actually learned a lot.
