You'll learn to make the perfect dough, before filling it with an array of delicious ingredients, like pork, chicken, tofu, mushrooms, scallions and more.

What’s more, when everybody’s got to grips with the basics, you'll break into teams and compete to create the tastiest dumpling possible. With bragging rights on the line, communication and collaboration is key and as the class develops, you’re sure to see team players and creatives emerge from their shells as well as cherished culinary memories being made.

Jenny made the experience fun and instructive! She made sure to stop by and help each person so no one felt left out/ignored. Huge bonus she cooked them all up for us and while it takes time to do so they were worth the wait and we even had plenty left to take a few home. Soooo tasty!!!
