In this team building activity, you’ll bring your group closer together with a dumpling-making experience that’s all about connection, creativity and traditional cuisine. Your group will prepare dumpling dough from scratch and learn traditional folding and pleating techniques before breaking into teams. Then, explore a wide selection of flavorful mix-ins, including ground chicken, tofu, pork, green onions, mushrooms and more. Guided by a top-tier chef, each team crafts their own dumpling creations and competes for the tastiest combination. Once the dumplings are steamed, you’ll enjoy your hard work with a communal meal.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in New Jersey.
