What You’ll Do

Roll fresh pasta, stir savory sauces and team up to build a custom pasta masterpiece.

Unite your group with traditional pasta-making and friendly competition in this fun team building activity. Led by an expert chef, you’ll divide into teams to create egg pasta dough from scratch – kneading, rolling and cutting the dough into your favorite shapes. Prepare a fresh marinara sauce and a creamy Alfredo sauce, then create an original pasta dish with flavorful mix-ins, including shrimp, sausage, mushrooms, spinach and more. Each signature dish will be judged on originality, presentation and taste, with one team crowned the winner, “il vincitore.”

Perfect for birthdays, celebrations or any special gathering, this flavorful experience brings people together one bite at a time.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our partner venues in New Jersey. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.
