What You’ll Do

Learn the art of dumpling-making in this friendly competition that’s delicious and fun.

Gather your group for a team building activity that inspires collaboration and creativity through traditional dumpling-making. Under the guidance of a world-class chef, you'll learn the art of filling, folding and pleating Chinese dumplings with dough made from scratch, no experience is needed! Broken into teams, each group selects from a variety of mix-ins, including ground chicken, pork, tofu, mushrooms, cilantro and more, to create their own signature fillings. You'll bond over flavor combinations and friendly competition as you shape and steam your dumpling creations. Once the dumplings are ready, sit down together to enjoy a shared feast of your handmade bites.

Ideal for corporate team-building, birthdays, bachelorette parties and more, this cooking class is a flavorful way to bond and celebrate.

This experience is fully mobile and beginner-friendly, so you can host it anywhere: your office, event space or one of our Charlotte’s partner venues. No kitchen is needed and all necessary materials, including food ingredients and cooking tools, are provided for the class. Please note that travel fees may apply beyond the city center.
