What You’ll Do

Collaborate on every course in this hands-on, chef-led cooking lesson.

This culinary team building activity is well beyond the typical and, let’s face it, boring boardroom presentations and trust-falls that so often characterize corporate attempts at team bonding. Led by renowned local chef, this session aims to excite your crew members by appealing to their love of great food and their desire to learn to cook it.

Oh, sure, they require your team to communicate and work together. How else will they rustle up a restaurant-quality menu? The difference is that, since the focus will be on the food, it won’t actually feel like a team building exercise. Whether you choose to perfect the art of pasta, sear the perfect steak or torch a bistro-worthy crème brûlée, a team cooking class is the kind of activity that’ll have your crew laughing in the office for months, probably years, to come. Book it for your group today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Pan seared NY strip with Chianti sauce, gnocchi with walnut pesto, arugula salad with lemon Parmesan dressing and butterscotch budino. Chef Charlie was awesome! Hoping to get the recipes sent to my email soon. Thank you!

This was not with Chef Jesse. I believe the chef's name was Charlie. He was very friendly and informative. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will back for another.

We made a tuscan steak, with homemade, kale-pesto pasta, and an arugula salad with parmesan cheese and balsamic dressing. It was excellent! Our Chef, Will, was very thorough explaining each step, however, it was a lot of steps for the amount of time we had. We enjoyed it; especially my husband who is the cook in the family! My only complaint is that we had to stand to eat the meal, after already standing for 2 hours! After paying the total amount for the class, I thought we would be able to sit and savior the meal we just made; instead of rushing to be done and leave.
