Team Building Activity - Inspired Steakhouse Classics for Your Colleagues
Create steakhouse classics with your colleagues, building bonds and discover new skills in this class.
Spend an evening creating a steakhouse dinner with your colleagues in this inspired team-building cooking class. You'll work alongside a world-class chef to learn the techniques for searing steak and creating beautiful sides plus dessert. Everyone will walk away with new skills and a renewed bond amongst the team.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Eric did not provide any overview or background on what we were cooking and we all did portions of the dish with pretty minimal instruction. We had to ask numerous times for direction. We did manage to muddle through, and Eric was dealing with a lot of students.

THE CLASS WAS CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE!!!!! I received a confirmation/reminder email an hour before the class and when my friends and I arrived were told that the class had been canceled. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I expect you to make this right by doing 2 things. 1. Refund my $281 IMMEDIATLY and 2. The next class that we choose for three people is FREE. This was out first try with your company and its been a disaster. Between the three of us we have a huge network of family and friends, one of whom is a professional chef, and bad publicity spreads quickly. MAKE THIS RIGHT.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity

Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

Overall, the class was really fun! In a way I wish it was a tiny bit more challenging. It felt like we did a few knife cuts, then took a break and then cooked a bit before eating. All in all, I wish it had been a bit more difficult or ""fast"" pace wise. The food we made was really good, except for the pad thai which was disappointing. Also would be super nice to make a dessert!

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.

Chef Eric shares more than 15 years of experience in the pastry industry with students in his enlightening courses. His illustrious career includes appearances as a Sugar Rush contestant and a Food Network judge, as well as pastry chef certifications in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Italy. As a specialist in Italian pastry and a master cake decorator, Chef Eric is always eager to share his recipe for success with budding bakers.
