Teams can use communication and time management skills to prepare a gourmet meal in this cooking class. Under the lead of an esteemed chef, they'll learn how to prepare seared or strip steak and make sides such as creamed kale, potato gnocchi or herbed gruyère popovers. Desserts could include vanilla bean crème brûlée or mint chocolate chip gelato.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
