This hands-on class lets you and your whole team embrace classic cuisine.
You and your team can create lasting memories in the kitchen with this interactive team-building cooking class. Led by an esteemed chef instructor, your whole team will embark on a culinary journey that celebrates classic techniques and flavors. No matter your team's experience level in the kitchen, every participant will leave with a new batch of skills, and a deep appreciation for classic cuisine.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We enjoyed our experience but we're disappointed about some things. We felt very rushed at the end and it had not even been 2 hrs. We understood it could be up to 2 and a half hours. We also had a lot of food left because we were rushed and asked if we could take our food to go. We were told no. The nicest restaurants in the world let you take your food. We were also told it included dessert, but there was no dessert.

The chef was very personable and knowledgeable. The class was fun and the meal turned out delicious. One wish was maybe a glass of wine with the meal.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
