Create a classic steakhouse menu in this fun team building cooking class.
Gather your colleagues for this team building activity where you'll create a hearty steakhouse meal. Learn how to perfectly sear a steak and create a savory sauce. Next, prepare side items such as homemade potato gnocchi with pesto or herbed gruyère popovers. Whip up a sweet ending of desserts like vanilla crème brûlée or mint chocolate chip gelato, and enjoy each course with your crew.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

For $99 per person, we got pretty awful cuts of beef, didn’t really learn anything, and just kind of threw a whole bunch of ingredients together while the instructor practically made everything. It was kind of like a labor intensive dinner where you had to stand at a very low table to eat a meal in 20 minutes. Seems like a fun date night, and it was A fine experience overall, but skip this and spend $99 on An amazing steak dinner . A haphazard lesson about chopping herbs is not worth the money.

Dorian was awesome. Not much more can be said. He was instructive, and personable. When I left it felt like we were friends. Learned some techniques and made some great food. Highly recommend.

This was our first class-Pasta.making. We really enjoyed it. Chef Ellie was really great very informative, just a great instructor. We will be back for sure

I loved everything about this class!!! Chef Ellie was a phenomenal teacher and taught us lots of neat tricks for cooking. The food was SO good! I highly recommend taking one of these classes. I took the Gourmet New Year’s Eve class.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

Really fun and busy class making pad Thai, deep fried lemongrass corn fritters, shrimp curry, and enjoying coconut rice afterwards, in a group of 12. It was nice to review knife skills as well. Great date or special occasion activity
