Team Building Activity - Masterful Homemade Meals
Your team is in for a tasty session filled with flavors they'll create together.
Home-cooked cuisine is the order of the day in this culinary team building experience. Groups gather in the kitchen to learn the secrets for crafting a selection of delicious dishes that require a hearty helping of cooperation. They'll master fundamental kitchen skills while preparing dishes filled with fresh flavor. Some of the possibilities include handmade pasta with thoughtful Italian sides and hush puppies surrounded by Louisiana favorites.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I think the chef was a little unprepared and disorganized. Also, the chef should circulate through the class more to make sure everyone gets some 1 on 1 time with the instructor. Course was kind of expensive for what little it covered.

Carl was great. Laid back and no pressure. He guided us with his expertise and then let us enjoy the experience. The food was amazing too! My wife and I will definitely do this again!

The food came out great. I felt the whole experience was very rushed. I did not like sharing a station and ingredients with another couple, especially since there were four stations in the kitchen, and only three couples and we were all crowded around 2 stations. This setup also prevented us from being able to perform all the techniques.

Yes, was a fun class. Chef was wonderful and great personality and his assistant was nice and accommodating too. Loved the recipes and learning to build & cook them with my friends. Would highly Suggest to have POTHOLDERS available for safety when we are grabbing the HOT Pan handles while cooking- several of us had quite the shock of grabbing a HOT handle with no potholders available.~ especially when it’s connected to a Kitchen Store…? Thanks for teaching me a bit of Chinese cooking ??

Chef Chris was a lot of fun and informative during our class. He made us feel relaxed and gave us tips on how to prepare and cook our meal. My girlfriends and I felt the experience was great!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Chef Chris' journey through the culinary world began in Florida and has taken him to major cities around the U.S. He's cooked for such esteemed organizations as Disney, Omni and The Florida Yacht Club. His 15-year career has earned him the distinction of Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. Through all his travels, Chef Chris remains devoted to the rich and varied culinary heritage of American South.
