Your team is in for a treat with this session in delicious downhome cooking.

There's no better way to get your crew collaborating than this hands-on team building experience. Begin with a lesson in fried chicken, crispy and juicy in classic downhome style. Then, they'll prepare two gourmet side dishes to serve it with, a batch of roasted Brussels sprouts and a savory take on bread pudding. For dessert, they'll bake a rustic apple tart to share.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Vlisaria brings over 18 years of hospitality experience and a culinary foundation from Le Cordon Bleu. With a deep passion for cooking and teaching, Chef Vlisaria creates engaging and inspiring culinary experiences for all skill levels. Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.

Jess was a great baker/teacher today. We were only 2 students, which made instruction very personal, we could ask all the questions we had as we went along. I enjoyed this experience so much that I signed up for a the Classic Croissant class in two months. Thank you so much, Jess, for sharing your expertise.

We enjoyed our Friday night date night with Chef Pat and his staff! We learned some new techniques and enjoyed preparing our French meal. The menu was spectacular, and we loved that fact that it was so simple yet elegant! It seemed everyone in the class was having just as much fun as we were. We look forward to taking another class soon!
