Team Building Activity - A Guacamole-Making Showdown

What You’ll Do

Encourage team bonding and enjoyment with the fresh flavors of Mexico.

Get your team together for some lighthearted competition and tempting food. Groups will gain culinary expertise with tips from a world-class chef all while rolling up their sleeves and crafting gourmet Mexican dishes.

Teams will put their skills to the test in a guacamole contest based on flavor and style and judged by Chef Jenn. You'll also enjoy a taco bar complete with a vegetarian jackfruit al pastor filling, fajita vegetables and salsas to go along with a pitcher of virgin sangria made from tropical fruit like mango and blood orange.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had the pleasure of enjoying Chef Jenn's "Refined French Soirée" for a family trip. Chef Jenn was communicative, showed up prepared, and got straight to work preparing one of the best vegetarian dinners we all had ever had. Many in our group of 11 were non-vegetarians, but everyone said they were fully satisfied by the meal and shocked that vegetable dishes could taste so good. There were several courses, including a yummy dessert.

We had a fantastic night with Chef Jenn and her Dumpling cooking class. Great conversation, lots of knowledge, fun and a delicious meal at the end of it. We will be looking at doing another class in the future for sure!
