Team Building Activity - Classic Italian Kitchen Techniques

Build team relationships while crafting an Italian-style meal with world-class gourmet, Chef Lorenzo.
Foster a collaborative and fun team environment with this pasta-making team building class featuring rich Italian favorites, including homemade gnocchi pasta.
First, mix up a creamy cheese fondue for dipping crispy polenta before moving on to the main course. Roll up your sleeves to create fluffy potato gnocchi, then fire up the mortar and pestle to make fresh basil pesto sauce to coat your pasta. Finally, after filling cannoli with a sweet ricotta cream and chocolate chips, everyone will gather around the table to enjoy their creations.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lorenzo began cooking at the age of 13 in his home country of Italy, and his grandmothers helped greatly with his home kitchen education. After finishing culinary school, he headed to Australia to expand his skills as chef de partie and sous chef. From there, he moved to America, where he became head chef at eateries in Miami and the Bay Area. But Chef Lorenzo's true passion is teaching others about the real Italian kitchen!
