Teams are built in the kitchen in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Gilley. It's your chance to collaborate on a menu everyone will enjoy in a collaborative culinary lesson. Your team will discover techniques for creating a classic menu of Asian favorites.
First, work together to make scallion pancakes with chili-vinegar oil, and pan fry chicken and shiitake mushroom dumplings with cabbage and ginger. For the entrée, prepare traditional dandan noodles served with braised pork, Taiwanese cabbage and a savory sesame sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
