Gather the team for this hands-on, seven-course class hosted by Chef Carolina and geared towards an outdoor dining experience.
The group will work together to create a shared al fresco meal suitable for a variety of dietary needs. Begin by incorporating a variety of high-quality ingredients and cooking techniques to create tempting recipes, such as tangy vegan ceviche, seared halibut and tempeh skewers. End your delectable meal with a juicy lemon plum tart. An open air dining experience shared with your team has never been more perfect.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
