Ingredients

  • Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 White OR Yellow Onion
  • 1 Potato
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
  • 1.5 Liter(s) Cold water
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Chop the onion, potato and carrots into large pieces
  2. Cook everything in a deep saucepan with a tablespoon of olive oil. (High temperature. 2 minutes)
  3. Add 1 litres of cold water
  4. Cook for 20 minutes over medium-high heat
  5. Filter the cooked vegetables

Additional Notes

Broth for risotto has to be in harmony with the ingredients of the risotto recipe to be made. Each risotto has its own broth.
