Ingredients

  • Tajadas
  • 1 Sweet Plantain
  • 3 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil

Directions

  1. With a knife cut the tips of the plantain and remove the skin.
  2. Cut in 1/2 inch round medallions.
  3. Heat up a skillet on low heat and add 2 tblsp olive oil.
  4. Add the tajadas and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve and enjoy

Additional Notes

Please look for a very ripe plantain for a sweet result.
