Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Dried dill
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Grapeseed oil
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) Maldon salt (or kosher)
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Corn starch

Directions

  1. Oven set to 450F
  2. Slice potatoes lengthwise, then lengthwise again into fry shapes.
  3. Toss potatoes in a bowl with grapeseed oil, dill
  4. Next toss with cornstarch thoroughly
  5. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10-15, potatoes should be caramelized with little burnt crispy edges. Toss with salt post cooking
