Enjoy the bold, fire-kissed flavors of Spain with a private chef experience led by Chef Juan. From sizzling gambas al ajillo to a perfectly seared Castilian ribeye, every course captures the spirit of Spanish cooking at its most generous and vibrant.

 

The evening opens with classic garlic shrimp before moving into a Castilian ribeye with rosemary butter and roasted asparagus alongside crispy patatas bravas with homemade alioli and Pimentón de la Vera.
