Esteemed Chef Sophia brings a beautifully curated, intimate private chef experience to your home. With a delicious Asian menu that highlights modern, globally inspired cuisine, every plate is thoughtfully composed, from the seafood starter to the tropical dessert.

You’ll begin by tucking into miso butter grilled prawns kissed with authentic Japanese seasoning and garnished with scallion curls. A deeply layered dashi broth with silken tofu and wakame follows as a soothing accompaniment. Then comes sous vide Wagyu striploin with charred oyster mushrooms and black garlic purée.
