We learned how to make maki sushi rolls, miso soup, sunomono salad and mochi. Everything was delicious. Chef Hendrix is a fantastic teacher. You can truly feel how passionate he is about his craft. We very much Ed enjoyed our evening and would absolutely do another cozymeal experience. Thanks Chef Hendrix!

I can't overstate how pleased we were with our experience here! This experience is the result of a man's beautiful passion for life-and subsequently cooking! The owner, Hendrix, is a brilliantly vibrant person and his cooking is a work of love. If you enjoy beautiful food prepared from the heart, you will likely frequent this spot, as finding something like this is a rare treasure indeed. It's a gift to have access to and my wife are I simply grateful for the privilege.

Chef Hendrix is super nice! And the food tastes like nothing I've ever had. Their sushi is wonderful! Everything my husband and I have tried from Chef Hendrix, we have loved!
