In this elegant private chef experience, Chef Hendrix will take you on a journey across the islands where you'll explore spicy South Asian flavors. Each dish showcases bold aromatics and traditional techniques that bring the vibrant cuisines of Thailand and Indonesia to your table.

Begin the evening with larb gai, carefully prepared with chicken, toasted rice powder, fish sauce, lime juice and chili. Next, a savory Indonesian beef curry with beef simmered in coconut milk and invigorating spices takes center stage. Enjoy your curry with turmeric fried rice and for dessert, indulge in sweet mango sticky rice with chopped peanuts and sweet coconut milk.
