Through this elevated private chef experience, Chef Nicholas offers a fresh lens on Japanese flavors and culinary precision. Seasonal ingredients and contemporary plating define this elegant three-course menu rooted in balance and umami.

Start with snapper crudo dressed in citrusy yuzu and garnished with daikon and chili oil. The centerpiece is a miso-glazed lamb rack over silky Japanese sweet potato purée with soy-braised shiitake mushrooms.
