This private chef experience brings the elegance of sushi night to your table, blending traditional Japanese ingredients with a modern flair. Enjoy expertly crafted sushi rolls featuring fresh fish and vegetables, alongside a classic side dish and a delectable dessert.

Start with a refreshing smashed cucumber salad tossed in sesame oil and tamari. Then, savor delicate sushi nigiri with tuna, salmon, yellowtail and crisp vegetables wrapped in nori. Indulge in crispy shrimp and vegetable tempura, perfectly fried to golden perfection. End on a sweet note with green tea choux cream, featuring a delicate puff pastry filled with smooth custard infused with matcha.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Tiff was awesome, personable, professional, and overall an excellent Chef! Our family was expecting to take a class from her however, due to a mistake on my part, she arrived prepped and ready to delight us with a private event. We were not at all disappointed though because she not only filled out bellies with delightful tempura, sushi, and an awesome matcha dessert, she talked through with us her process in making all the dishes and answered any questions we threw at her. We learned a lot about how certain dishes are made and how we can make some dishes ourselves without much effort. You could tell her knowledge and passion of world cuisine throughout the night which made the experience even more enjoyable. My family and I loved loved the private event, we will be attempting to book a class with her in the future! Also, sorry no photos, I think we were too excited to eat it all.

We had the best time and so many laughs with Chef Tiff! The Paella we made was so delicious and the Flan a perfect ending to a perfect meal. We learned so much about building flavors and the best advice about how to dress a perfect salad! Highly recommend booking Chef Tiff!

We had a great time with Chef Tiff. We learned some very fun new recipes that we will continue making into the future! She was also incredibly knowledgable and taught us lots of great kitchen techniques that we have been practicing since. She shared lots of information about healthy cooking and eating that we both really appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to cook with Chef Tiff again in the future!
