The holiday season is just around the corner and now is the time to start preparing for your holiday menu with this plant-based Christmas private chef experience. Indulge in a beautifully curated holiday feast prepared by the talented Chef Stacy D.

The menu starts with an appetizer of your choice like the sweet potato, chestnut and parsnip soup, stuffed mushrooms or seasonal greens. Mains could be a vegan turkey roast or stuffed butternut squash. End with a festive dessert like apple streusel pies.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Stacy was incredible! We had an amazing lesson on vegan sushi. Stacy was easy going and provided excellent instruction, and made the most of our small kitchen space (don't feel like you can't do this if you have a small kitchen- ours is tiny and she made it work effortlessly!). My fiance bought this as a birthday present and it was by far my favorite gift! Now we have the skills we need to make vegan sushi at home any time. Stacy is a delight. Thank you!!!

Chef Stacy was so lovely! My sister and I loved our cooking class with her. It was our first time taking a Cozymeal class and Chef Stacy made it a great experience for us. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Would definitely take another of her classes! The recipes were great (we will definitely be making the veggie burger again as it was so tasty).
