Celebrate a special occasion with a private chef experience featuring the flavors of Morocco. Join Chef David as he prepares, serves and cleans up after this luxurious menu.

Start your meal with crispy shrimp kadaifi filled with olive tapenade and spicy apricot sweet and sour Harissa sauce. Your main entrée is an authentic chicken or lamb recipe prepared as a tagine, a traditional pottery vessel with a side of saffron, paprika and ginger couscous. For dessert, enjoy homemade date ice cream with an almond cookie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
