Savor the ultimate private chef experience by tucking into a delicious coastal menu. Chef Nedra has crafted a customizable menu for you to hand-select dishes of your choice.

Start with your choice of salads or seafood, including rainbow beet salad, signature salad from Nice, crab cakes and lobster bisque. For the main course, choose from options like lobster risotto or lemon dill salmon—you'll be spoiled for choice. For dessert, select from seasonal fruit crumble, dark chocolate sea salt mousse, and strawberry semifreddo.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Nedra provided an incredible meal for my wife and I as a date night/belated birthday gift. The crab cakes were phenomenal, risotto and salmon were perfect, and the crepes delicious. Highly recommended.

Chef Nedra arrived on time. We learned how to make vegan crab cakes out of hearts of palm and a remoulade. They were good served over lettuce greens. She also made us portabella mushroom steaks, asparagus, and mashed potatoes with strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Everything was plant based and good.
