For the main course, select from a tempting array of options such as lobster risotto, bouillabaisse or an assortment of fresh fish dishes. Finish your meal with an indulgent dessert, such as chocolate mousse, strawberry semifreddo, crêpes Suzette or seasonal fruit with brown butter streusel.

Chef Amira showed me how to make a yummy cajun garlic sauce. It looked so good! I can't wait to try this one at home on pasta or fish. Sauces are always intimidating to me and she walked me through step by step. If you are in Atlanta I recommend taking a class with Chef Amira!
