Enjoy a custom, multi-course Parisian meal with this private dining experience. Led by culinary master Chef Linda, you and your guests will take a journey to France through food.

You’ll start with your choice of soup, salad, goat cheese Napoleons or classic French mussels. For your main course, you’ll select from a list that includes coq au vin, steak au poivre and French ratatouille. You’ll end your perfect Parisian meal with a dessert worthy of any French pâtisserie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Linda came to our house and prepared a French meal: french onion soup, steak au poivre with roasted potatoes and asparagus, and creme brulee for dessert. Everything was delicious! She was fun to chat with, too. Full of great information and stories!

My experience with Chef Linda was more than I had anticipated. I learned to cook 4 different dishes while learning the ins and outs of bechamel. I was very pleased, by the end of the evening, to undestand the various points of cooking a mother sauce.

We had a great time with Chef Linda! We learned history, new cooking techniques, and even how to use knives properly. On top of it all, we cooked some amazing food and had a delicious dinner! The class was so much more than following a recipe and throwing some ingredients together. We learned what we were doing and why. My wife and I gave ourselves a cooking class as a Christmas present: Flavors of the Southwest with Chef Linda of Sage Culinary - an independent contractor for Cozymeal. We learned to cook Antojito, made Pepita Caesar Dressing, had a blast making Santa Fe-Style Chile Rellenos and Pipian Rojo with Beans a la Olla, and for dessert Buñuelos and a Mexican Chocolate Sundae. We learned a lot about the food’s history (Linda is a food anthropologist!) as well as cooking techniques, prepping and roasting our own poblano chiles. I now can proudly say I know how to properly hold and use a chef’s knife. Linda was a great teacher! Great night of fun, learning, and delicious food!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time with Chef Linda. She was pleasant, let us do all the prep work (with some demonstrations), mixing and cooking. Love that she was patient and offered helpful tips "tricks of the trade" so to speak, and provided all the recipes to follow. We really enjoyed the spring rolls with peanut sauce and feel much more confident remaking some of the dishes at home. The Vietnamese meatballs were absolutely delicious!!! Chef Linda accommodated my request to eliminate cilantro from my servings but allow my husband to have as much cilantro as he'd like. We never felt rushed and enjoyed her sharing her knowledge of cuisines and where dishes, ingredients came from. She also did all the clean-up which was such a nice treat! We are looking forward to having another cooking class with her in the near future. Wish we had taken some photos because the food turned out delicious and Chef Linda set up the dining room table so beautifully.

This was a great class! The recipes were unique and delicious. Chef Linda is very knowledgeable and had several great tips and tricks. My only suggestion would be to start the class earlier- we didn’t finish almost 10pm. I would attend another class though- it was fun and engaging.

I recently had the pleasure of attending Chef Linda's Mexican food cooking class, and it was an absolute delight! Chef Linda's extensive knowledge and clever kitchen hacks truly impressed me. The Queso Fundido with Poblano Vinaigrette was a culinary masterpiece; the flavors were incredibly delicious and blended perfectly. Equally impressive was the Corn and Poblano Lasagna, which left me craving for more. Apart from the scrumptious dishes, what made the experience even more enjoyable was the comfortable and welcoming setting of Chef Linda's home kitchen. The cozy ambiance made it feel like I was cooking among friends. And speaking of friends, I must mention the adorable feline companions who added an extra touch of warmth to the atmosphere. Meeting Chef Linda's cats was a delightful bonus to an already fantastic experience. Overall, I can't praise Chef Linda enough for her culinary expertise, her creative kitchen hacks, and her ability to create a cozy and inviting cooking environment. We chose the New Orleans meal and it did not disappoint our tastebuds. Chef Linda had a fabulous knowledge of the NOLA area including the history of the people and the food. She welcomed us into her beautiful home and we worked side by side in her kitchen (all ingredients, Utensils and cookware provided) and learned new tips and techniques while making a wonderfully aromatic and delicious four course meal. We ate as we cooked and had enough for leftovers!! Linda was warm and friendly and funny. I'd highly recommend this experience. When I'm back in Tucson next year, I'll definitely book another cooking lesson!

Chef Linda was outstanding. It was my boyfriends birthday and she went above and beyond my expectations. She has extensive knowledge of the history of food, knife techniques and more! Her home is beautiful, clean, and her kitchen/utensils are top notch! Our family will be doing another class with her!

Chef Linda was amazing. She made cooking a fantastic meal easy and understandable. The meal itself was amazing and exited to have learned new techniques that I will use again in the future. We will definitely be booking another cooking class with Chef Linda soon. Highly recommend.

I attended this class on 3/28 and can confirm that Brooke’s 3/29 review accurately reflects the experience. The class is held in the chef’s home, which was not clean or guest-ready. The kitchen and shared spaces were cluttered, the bathroom was dirty, and overall it did not feel like an appropriate environment for a paid cooking experience. Food safety was a major concern. There were multiple instances of the chef touching her face and then handling ingredients without washing hands. Shared towels were also used by multiple guests. The class itself was disorganized, with a long introduction that cut into cooking time and an overall rushed, somewhat dismissive instruction style. This experience did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, or value. I would not recommend.

Was really looking forward to this. Very disappointing. House was dirty and so unkempt. While encouraged to bring our own booze we were held hostage to chef telling us we could not consume it until the meal— which was a truly paltry and an insulting portion. Chef berated us, was agitated and brash. A huge miss.

Class is at the chef’s house which was very very dirty. The chef was rude, impatient, and disorganized. We basically made a group dinner and everyone received very small portions. The description for the class says you can enjoy wine while you cook but she didn’t let us open our bottle until the main course which was served at 8:45 and we left by 9. Save your money and just got to a nice dinner somewhere else.

Knowledge of cooking was excellent. The food we made was very good. However, if you’re looking for a pleasant experience with uncluttered kitchen or dining table staged for a lovely dinner, this would not be a good choice.
