You'll start this experience by tasting delicious seared scallops with bacon lardon and sweet corn sauce. Next, you'll have the meat cut of your choice with a mushroom demi-glace, Yukon gold mashed potatoes and vegetables. You'll enjoy this with a traditional wedge salad. And for dessert, you'll have a butter cake with berry compote ala mode.
