Treat your loved ones to an indulgent French-inspired feast with this private chef experience. Chef Mary Ann will reveal some classic haute cuisine techniques as she guides your tastebuds through a whole délicieux menu.

Your French food journey begins with a quintessential onion soup, topped with bubbling Gruyère cheese and moves onto a frisée salad with crispy lardons and perfectly poached egg. From there you’ll discover peppercorn-crusted steak, served with haricots vert and potatoes Dauphinoise, before finishing the meal with a rich and decadent vanilla bean crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After owning her own restaurant and catering facility where she also taught cooking classes, Chef Mary Ann found her passion for teaching others how to cook and thrive in their own home kitchens. Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.
