You'll start the courses with shaved black truffles and scallops' carpaccio. In the center of the table, a signature version of beef Bourguignon, delicate potatoes flavored with butter and Parmesan as well as a Chilean seabass dressed in saffron sauce. A Grand Marnier-infused soufflé awaits you for a dessert in a fabulous French style.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
