First, you'll taste edamame and boiled peanuts. Later, try a bite of refreshing apple and peanut chopped salad. Savor succulent chicken smothered in miso and bourbon sauce with fried rice. For dessert, dip your spoon into "a little something" featuring cocoa, espresso and caramel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
