Indulge in a charcuterie board featuring handmade toast rounds and seasonal vegetables. Dig into a plant-based burger stacked high with robust toppings. Later, savor a perfectly charred and fulfilling cauliflower steak. For dessert, luxuriate in the rich sweetness of an Amandine chocolate cake.

With experience teaching at the New Orleans School of Cooking, she is a passionate culinary educator and skilled chef. Her specialty is upscale Creole cuisine and she loves sharing the enchantment of New Orleans-style cooking with others.
