As a native Louisianian, Chef Mel infuses the vibrant energy of her home state into every dish she creates. She resides in New Orleans, where she owns and operates a catering company. With experience teaching at the New Orleans School of Cooking, she is a passionate culinary educator and skilled chef. Her specialty is upscale Creole cuisine and she loves sharing the enchantment of New Orleans-style cooking with others.
