Indulge in a fiesta of vibrant flavors.
Treat yourself to an evening of Latin American cuisine served by Chef Shakeis for an unforgettable private chef experience. Kick off the night with refreshing ceviche with citrus shrimp, shallots and a garlicky finish. Enjoy this starter with fresh, homemade chips before the main course of arroz con pollo with rice, peas, onions and traditional Latin spices. The third course features crispy plantains delicately fried with salt and pepper called tostones. End your evening with a decadent tres leches cake for the perfect sweet treat to conclude your meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
