Enjoy an array of artisanally prepared dishes from the heart of Tuscany.

Delight in an Italian feast prepared especially for you with this private chef experience. Authentic ingredients and cooking methods are applied to create a Florentine dream, starting with a fluffy whipped burrata. No Italian meal is complete without pasta, so sink your teeth into delicate cavatelli noodles with ricotta, crushed tomatoes and bites of spicy sausage alongside some delicately grilled vegetables, a staple in Mediterranean cooking. End the meal with a crunchy, cream-filled cannoli made with chocolate chips and Nutella.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Having Chef Dana come to our house to cook a Valentine's Dinner was a wonderful experience! I appreciated all her communication starting right after I booked the meal. She checked in on shopping choices and food options. I also heard from her the day of to confirm arrival time. Chef Dana arrived promptly and got right to work! We had the pleasure of hosting Chef Dana at our home for the pasta-making lesson. It was fantastic! Chef Dana walked us through the pasta making process from scratch. She taught us about dough consistency and rolling techniques. We learned how to make the authentic sauces and had a great time. I highly recommend Chef Dana.
