Delight in the textures and flavors of Spain with this tapas-style meal.

Enjoy a traditional Spanish-style tapas spread, expertly prepared in this private chef experience. Enjoy an array of classic bites with a modern spin as you sip on cocktails with friends. Creamy, crunchy and perfectly melty ham and cheese croquettes are a favorite abroad. Enjoy a hearty spoonful of Albondigas soup, made from beef meatballs and spicy peppers in a tomato broth. Classic papas bravas bring a hint of heat and a delightful crunch, then lightly fried churros dipped in caramel and chocolate round out a memorable meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Having Chef Dana come to our house to cook a Valentine's Dinner was a wonderful experience! I appreciated all her communication starting right after I booked the meal. She checked in on shopping choices and food options. I also heard from her the day of to confirm arrival time. Chef Dana arrived promptly and got right to work! It was a delicious meal and exactly as described! I would recommend this completely to any friends or my family! Thank you Chef Dana!

We had the pleasure of hosting Chef Dana at our home for the pasta-making lesson. It was fantastic! Chef Dana walked us through the pasta making process from scratch. She taught us about dough consistency and rolling techniques. We learned how to make the authentic sauces and had a great time. I highly recommend Chef Dana.

This was the most fun ever! There were eight of us for my big 70th Bday. Everyone had a job to do and Chef Dana was amazing. Very low key and so happy to be working with us. Will definitely do it again.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Dana! We were hosting a large number of out of town family for several days and I was looking to have a healthy meal brought in so that I could relax and enjoy our company. Chef Dana brought in all of the ingredients for a filling, yet feel-good salad bar - complete with different bases, veggies, proteins, cheeses, and other toppings and goodies. It was a hit with all ages, definitely recommend!

We had the dinner in Florence prepared by Chef Dana. She shared great stories from her time in Italy. The food was outstanding! We loved the burrata and her handmade cavatelli with sausage was fantastic. The cannolis were the perfect ending. We highly recommend.

Chef Dana knows her stuff! Not only is she clean and professional while in your home and knowledgeable about the food and ingredients, she makes for a great experience! She turns your kitchen into a magical Italian restaurant. The smells and flavor take over and you'll already be thinking about your next event with her. The gnocchi is our favorite! She made soft, flavorful pillows of pasta with a delicious sauce to accompany the dish. Everything was absolutely delightful and now we know how to make it for ourselves. Thank you, Chef Dana!
