We had the pleasure of hosting Chef Dana at our home for the pasta-making lesson. It was fantastic! Chef Dana walked us through the pasta making process from scratch. She taught us about dough consistency and rolling techniques. We learned how to make the authentic sauces and had a great time. I highly recommend Chef Dana.

Chef Dana was a pleasure to have visit our home. The brunch menu was very tasty and she shared her experience as we participated in preparing some of the meal. We will definitely have her back again for another meal and prep experience.

Dana was amazing! She let us be very hands on and we learned a lot! The meal was delicious and gave us an upcoming shopping list! It was so thoughtful to have someone give us that 1:1 attention! We’ll definitely be back again!
