Next on the menu are delicately seared sea scallops with candied bacon served atop creamy Parmesan risotto with a drizzle of citrusy blueberry vinaigrette. For dessert, be delighted with a traditional flambéed crêpes Suzette served with a creamy tangerine sauce.
