Explore the most classic flavors from France during this elevated four-course meal.
In this private chef experience, Chef Joy will take you on a French culinary journey. Begin with airy gougères infused with gouda and nutmeg, and a fresh salad. Then, taste traditional wine-braised chicken paired with a side of green beans sprinkled with black pepper and almonds. Finally, Chef Joy will serve a luscious brioche bread pudding topped with vanilla cream icing for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Joy was amazing! She has such an extensive knowledge about cooking. The food we made was amazing. The venue was very intimate and very relaxing. It was perfect to bring a date. I have learned so much from Chef Joy and I will be returning to another class of hers. Thank you Chef Joy.
