After owning her own restaurant and catering facility where she also taught cooking classes, Chef Mary Ann found her passion for teaching others how to cook and thrive in their own home kitchens. Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.

Chef Mary Ann came to our house and cooked an amazing French dinner for our guests for my husband's birthday - it was a treat to have a delicious, chef-level meal provided in our home vs. going out to dinner. Chef Mary Ann was very helpful in connecting before our event to make sure she answered any questions we had about logistics, food preferences/allergies, etc., and the meal was delicious! I will absolutely use Chef Mary Ann again and would recommend her to additional guests looking for an excellent, in-home chef experience!

We had the pleasure of an amazing Sicilian dinner prepared by chef Mary Ann. Not only was the food incredible, but Mary Ann also made the entire evening so enjoyable. She was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about Sicilian cuisine. It was a true culinary experience, and we can't wait to do it again. Highly recommend!

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
