Private Chef - Gourmet New American Cuisine

This gourmet New American menu features sliders as the featured course.

In this private chef experience, Chef Sam will handcraft three courses of upscale cuisine for you and guests. First, delight in a prawn cocktail with the flavors of chile peppers and lime butter served with cantaloupe-infused horseradish sauce. For your entrée, choose three types of sliders — root beer pulled pork, bacon-wrapped salmon, crab cakes or lemon mushroom gravy meatballs — to enjoy with a Champagne dressing-drizzled coleslaw. Finish with a decadent frozen mango orange dessert with coconut flakes.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
