Chef Wearing a Mask (Upon Request) Enjoy the classic flavors of Italian cuisine with light and airy twists.
The rich flavors of Italian cuisine will be on full display in this private chef experience. Chef Deaundra will craft a homestyle meal, starting with a salad of fresh mixed greens topped with sweet strawberries and drizzled with balsamic dressing. Then, enjoy shrimp and homemade pasta with a rich garlic white wine sauce, and try roasted eggplant layered with garlic and tomato sauce in a rustic casserole. Finish with decadent tiramisu cups for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
