Explore the rustic, warm flavors of Italy's traditional dishes.
During this private chef experience, Chef Josiah will prepare a four-course meal teeming with Italian cuisine favorites. Start with crostini topped with fresh tomatoes, basil and creamy mozzarella, and a fresh chopped Tuscan salad with pine nuts, greens and sun-dried tomatoes. Enjoy a lemony white wine chicken piccata with handmade pasta for your entrée, followed by velvety handmade tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
