Private Chef - Viva la French Cuisine

Enjoy the rich flavors of French cuisine as prepared by a world-class chef.

Indulge in the stunning flavors of France in this private chef experience. Four courses of elevated French dishes will be prepared by Chef Mo, including a crunchy baguette topped with tapenade and pâté de campagne, a Persian cucumber salad tossed with hazelnuts and vinaigrette, an herb-crusted rack of lamb and brown butter green beans, and decadent crêpes with Champagne, poached pears and dark chocolate.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After soaking up knowledge across Italy and Mexico, plus years of experience running high-end gourmet offerings in the U.S., Chef Mo is ready to share her passion of cooking with guests of all skill levels. Her specialties include a variety of international cuisines, including sushi and Spanish favorites.
