Taste the rustic, time-honored flavors for which the Tuscan countryside is so well known.

Indulge in the decadent yet comforting flavors of Tuscany in this private chef experience. Chef Mo will handcraft five stunning courses starting with homemade focaccia bread, olives, salumi and more. Next, enjoy freshly prepared cannelloni pasta filled with scallops and shrimp in a wine sauce, and pork scallopini in an orange sauce followed by a fresh salad with Prosecco vinaigrette. Finish with an Italian panna cotta with amarena cherry sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What amazing food and overall experience. Chef Mo is a wonderful chef. She was also so fun to learn from. She told us lots of great stories from her many adventures and we even heard her sing a bit. Highly recommend!

Chef Mo has over 20 years of experience, both in restaurants and in her own work. She is also a chef instructor at a culinary school and was quite energetic and informative!

What a fantastic evening with Chef Mo. We learned so much and she made it look easier than it is. Chef Mo is an engaging, fun and gracious host who is a gifted chef. We had a blast. I highly recommend an evening with Chef Mo!

Chef Mo's cooking class was so much fun! My husband and I had a blast and Chef Mo is a great instructor and amazing host. I learned a ton and the whole experience was delicious! We would definitely do another experience with her.
