Private Chef - Elevated Japanese Surf and Turf
Decadent favorites from the land and sea are on the menu in this private chef experience. First, Chef Mo will serve fresh edamame and miso soup. Next, tender beef teriyaki skewers with peppers and pineapple, and spinach sautéed in sesame oil and topped with savory bonito shavings. Chef Mo will then prepare handmade sushi and sashimi at your table side with scallops, maki and shrimp. For dessert, indulge in matcha shortbread and mochi ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
