You’ll feel as if you’re walking the streets of Spain when trying these classic dishes.
Enjoy Spanish favorites prepared with fresh ingredients in this private chef experience with Chef Eric. First, enjoy a seared tuna loin infused with Basque peppers, olive oil and lemon. Next, a classic Spanish paella teeming with clams, mussels and chorizo, and spicy patatas bravas with a creamy homemade aioli. Finish with an indulgent dessert of a warm coconut and vanilla rice pudding.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

In our demo, Eric cooked some baby carrots and roasted bell peppers with hummus and a dressing. Everything was clearly explained and the final product looked fantastic. He has worked in Michelin star restaurants and that shows in everything he does. He clearly explained the principles of what he was doing and even why the carrots were different colours all while continuing to cook. Awesome chef.
