In this private chef experience, Chef Washington delivers the rich, robust flavors signature of authentic Mexican cooking. Savor the complexity and depth of mole duck carnitas for an elegant twist on the classic taco, finished with bright pickled radishes. Bold posole rojo contrasts nicely with fresh Mexican-style shrimp cocktail. Finish the meal with an indulgent tres leches cake glazed in dulce de leche.

Chef Washington was so accommodating and helpful. I'd never rolled sushi or created a roll before and he was a great teacher. My partner was running late and he was flexible and made sure he was caught up and able to get the full experience. The sushi was great and the family atmosphere was very wholesome. Definitely an experience I'd recommend to anyone.
